Form privacy policy
We collect your name, email address, message and, if provided, business name to respond to your request. The form sends these details to Olivier and Philippe at Axologique using SMTP2GO. This email provider may process information outside Québec.
The website does not store your message contents in its database or logs. A technical reference and protected fingerprint help limit duplicates and abuse for up to 24 hours, then are removed on the next submission. Received emails and follow-up conversations remain in the team’s mailboxes; this technical deletion does not delete them. Open and click tracking are disabled for these messages.
To request access to, correction or deletion of your information, or to withdraw consent, write to [email protected]. We will review your request and applicable retention obligations. Send only the information needed for your question.
